Laura Kate Blizzard

Laura Kate Blizzard, 17 of Kenna passed away July 7, 2016 at Charleston General Hospital. She was born January 16, 1999 at Chattanooga, TN, a daughter of Lee and Amanda Parsons Blizzard of Kenna. She was a student at Ripley High School where she would have been a senior this coming school year. At Ripley High School she was an Honor Student and was active in the School Choir, Drama Clubs and Archery. She loved playing the ukulele and will be remembered for never wearing shoes. In addition to her parents, Lee and Amanda Blizzard, she is survived by her sister Anne Blizzard at home and grandparents Stan and Karen Parsons and Cleve and Annie Blizzard all of Chattanooga, TN. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, July 9, 2016 at the Ripley High School Auditorium with Pastor Herman Robinson officiating. Waybright Funeral Home is serving the family.
