Adam L. Shamblin

Adam L. Shamblin 47 of Statts Mill passed away Wednesday August 28, 2013 at his home after a long illness. He was born June 6, 1966 in Ohio a son of Mazil Fields Shamblin White and the late Virgil Shamblin. He was a 1985 graduate of Ripley High School and was employed at Kroger's in Ripley with 23 years of service. He is survived by his wife Christina Shamblin; sons Joseph and Timothy Casto; daughter Micah Keiffer;mother and step father Mazil and John White; brothers Mark (Linda) Shamblin of Ravenswood and Bruce Shamblin of Gay; sister Kimberly Shamblin of Gay; step brother and sisters John White, Karen Ross, Crystal Knight and Glenda Fields; grandchildren Donovan, Madison, Conner, Dalton, Tyler, Samatha, Khya, Chasity, Brittany and Becky; Nieces and nephews Nathan and Crystal, Tiffany and Brandon Williams, Derek and Kerrie and Mark; great nieces and nephews Gabriel , Tarra and Corey; In addition to his father he was preceded in death by a grandson Timmy Casto Jr. Funeral Service will be 3:00 pm Saturday August 31 at the Siniaville United Methodist Church, Statts Mill. Burial will be in the Siniaville Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 9 pm Friday at the Waybright Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service at the church.
