Albert A. "Pete" Petersen

Albert Anton “Pete” Petersen, 86, of Ripley, WV passed away on Friday, November 4, 2022 at home surrounded by family.

He was born October 29, 1936 in Windham, CT, son of the late Joseph and Dorothy (Lavalley) Petersen. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years Janice Petersen; children Paula (Greg) Koontz, Sam (Kim) Petersen, Matt Petersen and Charlie (Karen) Petersen; grandchildren Levi (Danielle) Koontz, Luke (Jennifer) Koontz, Evan (Kassie) Koontz, Joshua (Korie) Petersen, Samantha (Tyler) Villers, Darby (Cole) Petersen, Dane Petersen, Alex Petersen, Jase Petersen, Lydia Rhodes, William Rhodes and Ellie Rhodes. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
