Alma Jones

Alma Randolph Jones, 94, of Ripley, passed away Monday evening, July 14, 2014, at the Caring Place of Ripley following a long illness. She was born January 11, 1920, daughter of the late Brady and Ora Casto Randolph. She was a Christian and active member of the Ripley Baptist Temple prior to her illness where she sang in the church choir. She was a lifelong homemaker. Surviving: Sons, Arne Jones (Karen), of Parkersburg, Eldon Jones (Pam), of Given; Grandchildren, Andrea White, Jason Jones, Wendy Jones, April Knisley, Erica Willis and Kristen Smith; Brother, Basil Randolph; 11 great-grandchildren. Alma was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Earl Jones and a sister, Audrey Skeen. A service celebrating the life of Alma Jones will be Friday, July 18, 2014 at 1 p.m. at Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley with Pastor Rick Perrine officiating.
