Anna Jean Bowling

Anna Jean Bowling, 84, of Ripley passed away Monday, August 16, 2021 following an extended illness. She was born January 22, 1937 in Boone County a daughter of the late Archie and Madeline Cantrell. Anna is survived by sons Kevin Bowling (Kathie) and Jeff Bowling; sisters Janet King, Diane Dolan (John) and Drema Kessler (David); brother Gary Sizemore (Ann). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents Anna was preceded in death by her husband, John M. Bowling Jr; son Timothy Bowling; sister Joyce Kearns and brother-in-law Denver King. Funeral service will be held 1p.m. Friday, August 20th at the Pineview Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel in Orgas, with Pastor Ricky Peters officiating. Visitation will be held from 12 p.m. until the time of the service at the chapel. Burial will follow in the cemetery.
