Anthony Glenn Raines, 33, of St. Albans passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, April 20, 2017 in West Melbourne, FL. He was born on September 6, 1983 in Ripley a son of Sheila Asbury and Carleton Glenn Raines. Anthony will be remembered as a man who loved to travel. In addition to his parents he is survived by brothers Carleton Lee Raines of Ft. Gay, KY and Cameron Ray Asbury of Ripley; Half Sister Heather Walker of Ohio; Maternal grandmother Dessie Asbury of Ripley; He is also survived by several cousins He was preceded in death by Maternal grandfather Roy Asbury and paternal grandparents Ben and Mary Raines. A memorial service to celebrate Anthony’s life will be held at 6 p.m. at the Ripley Baptist Temple with Pastor Kenny Asbury officiating. Visitation will be held from 3 p.m. until the time of service.
