Arnold B. Conant

Arnold B. Conant, 84 of Leroy, went to be with his Lord and Savior on October 23, 2024.

Arnold was born August 26, 1940 at Leroy, son of the late Delbert and Beryl Conant . Arnold was a minister at Fort Faith Fellowship Church for many of the years he was in ministry, and the founder of Fort Faith Bible Camp. He was in ministry for 50 years. In addition to Faith Fellowship Church he also pastored Harvey Chapel, Vista Church, and Joes Run Memorial Church. Arnold was a welder/fabricator at Century Aluminum for 23 years. He loved the family farm and spent most of his life farming

He is survived by: his wife of 53 years, Pamela Jean Conant; six children: Jackie Cunningham (Danny Cunningham), Kim Price, Sara Conant, Tara Eash (Dan Eash), Arnold Conant Jr., and Adam Conant (Erica Conant);Ten grandchildren, Nikki Western (Kevin) Brandi Longfellow (Austin), Sarena Conant-Tackett, Elijah Eash, Lexi Conant, Eula Eash, Sydni Conant, Karli Conant, Weston Conant, and Ezekiel Eash, and one great grandchild- Benjamin Western. He is also survived by his sister, Linda Bennett.

Arnold was preceded in death by his parents Delbert Conant and Beryl Conant, and his brothers Robert Conant and Larry Conant, and his mother and father in law, Brady Richardson and Jo Ann Richardson and his nephew, Levi Snyder.

Funeral Service will be at 2:00 pm on Monday, October 28, 2024 at the Faith Fellowship Church, Ripley with Pastors Deron Smith and Joey Cunningham officiating. Burial will be in the Baptist Grove Cemetery, Frozen Camp, WV. Friends may call on the family from 6 to 8 pm on Sunday, October 27, 2024 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley and one hour prior to the service on Monday at the Church. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in memory of Arnold to the Fort Faith Bible Camp, 325 Fort Faith Rd., Leroy, WV 25252.
