Ashley Danielle Gunn

Ashley “Ash” Danielle Gunn (Johnson) died peacefully in CAMC Memorial Hospital on April 17, 2018 in Charleston, WV at the age of 27. Ashley was born June 25, 1990 in Charleston to Patricia Jones Johnson and Terry Johnson. She was a 2008 graduate of Sissonville High School and a 2012 Graduate of West Virginia University where she obtained degrees in Chemistry and Italian. She married Benjamin Gunn in 2017. After moving to Sissonville she had her son, Landon and began being a full-time Mother. Ashley is survived by her loving parents, Patricia and Michael Ebert of Sissonville, WV; her devoted husband, Benjamin Gunn of Sissonville, WV and her adorable son, Landon Avery Lee Gunn of Sissonville, WV; her brothers, Terry Johnson and Nathan Johnson both of Charleston, WV; grandparents Orean Johnson of Charleston, Kathy and James Starling of Florida and Howard and Carol Ebert of Georgia. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins whom loved her dearly. She was preceded in death by her father, Terry Johnson and grandparents Waldon Jones, Nora and William Pauley and Carl Johnson. Funeral Service will be 1:00 pm Sunday, April 22, 2018 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, with Robert Jones officiating the service. Burial will be in the Jones Family Cemetery. Friends may call on the family from 11:00 am until the time of service on Sunday.
