Barbara Phillips

Barbara Ellen Phillips, 65, of Charleston, WV passed on March 5, 2026, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on November 10, 1960; a daughter to the late Junior and Mamie Burdette.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Dillard Phillips; sons, Danny Phillips and Wayne Phillips; and grandchildren, Justin, Cody, Josie, Dalton, Brianna, Wyette, Courtney, Hunter, Ali, Remi, and Kaylee.

In addition to her parents, Barbara is preceded in death by her brother, Ritchie; and sister, Loretta.

Barbara could always be found tending to her home and enjoyed spending time with her family. She will be missed dearly but was more than ready to be with “mommy” again.
