Barbara Ann Starcher

Barbara Ann (Gandee) Starcher, 63 of Ripley, passed away February 21, 2023.

She was born June 4, 1959 in Ripley, daughter of the late Gerald and Betty Scarberry Gandee. She enjoyed reading, watching TV and fishing and camping.

She is survived by a son, Josh Rhodes; sisters Beverly Steele and Brenda Wiles and a brother, Gary Gandee. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Starcher and brothers Jerry Gandee and Jimmy Gandee.

She will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, is serving the family.
