Beatrice G. Gilman 74 of Ripley passed away January 2, 2013 at Eldercare of West Virginia, Ripley following a long illness. She was born March 9, 1938 at Inez, KY and she along with her husband owned and operated The Country Place in Ripley. She is survived by her husband Burl "Bud" Gilman. She was preceded in death by her son Kenneth Ray Gilman. At her request she will be cremated and no service is scheduled.
