Betty Lou Hager

March 21, 1939 — September 9, 2017

Betty Lou Hager, 78, of Ripley passed away September 9, 2017 at Marietta Memorial Hospital. She was born March 21, 1939 a daughter of the late Dessie and Hazel Starcher King of Kenna. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband James Hager. She is survived by sons Mark (Pam) Monday of Ripley and Mike (Barbara) Monday of Myrtle Beach, SC; Stepdaughter Ginger (David) Kehoe of Missouri; Brother Paul (DeAnna) King of Liberty; Sisters Carol Workman, Phyllis (Bob) Cline, and Thelma (Harry) Harris all of Cottageville; Grandchildren Christopher (Emily) Monday, Caitlin (Derrick) Westfall, Matthew (Kayla) Monday, McKayla Monday (Zac Smith), and Taylor Kehoe; Great-Grandchildren Braxton, Tucker, Payton, Parker, Micaila, Weston, McKinlynn, and Addilyn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Debbie Stover and Velvie Casto for loving her as their own and helping her daily. Funeral service will be 12 p.m. Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley with Pastor Todd King officiating. Visitation will be from 11 a.m until the time of service.
