Billie Jean Morgan

Billie Jean Morgan ,73, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 18, 2020. She is preceded in death by both of her parents, her husband Charlie Morgan, her significant other Jim Taylor, and her brothers Weldon Barker and "Buzzy" Gunnoe. Billie is survived by her brothers Barry Gunnoe and Jeff Gunnoe along with many neices and nephews. Anyone that knew Billie knew that she was truly one of a kind. She was a beautiful, humble, brutally honest, hard-headed at times, REAL lady. Billie loved her family and although she didnt have children of her own, she absolutely adored spoiling her nieces and nephews beyond words. Billie's brother and caregiver Barry would like to thank the nurses and staff at Eldercare of Ripley for their support and care of Billie for the past few years. A celebration of her life will be determined at a later date.
