Billy J. Ray

Billy Ray, 83 of Kenna, passed away suddenly at his home on March 1, 2018. He was born April 6, 1934 in Charleston, a son of the late Estell and Margie Skeens Ray. He was a Veteran of the US Army and retired from the West Virginia Department of Highways. He was a member of the Charity Baptist Church. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers Roy, Arnold and Edward and sisters Margaret and Mary. He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Peggy; sons Bobby (Kathy) and Larry (Stephanie); four grandsons and several great grandchildren and his siblings, Buck, Ralph, Linda and Sue.
