Brenda Southall

Brenda Joyce Southall, 64 of Ripley, passed away Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, following a short illness. She was born February 16th, 1957 in Montgomery, Daughter of the late Darrell and Peggy (Lake) Duncan. Brenda dedicated her life to loving and supporting her family. Most of her time was spent with her children and grandchildren either working through homework, practicing dance routines, and making sure everyone made it to their practices with all their gear or preparing meals in the kitchen to make sure everyone was fed. Her favorite place was the beach and she looked forward all year to vacations there with as much family as possible. She is survived by her husband of 46 ½ years, Gary Southall; children Joshua Southall, Jason (Raven) Southall and Julie (Adam) Barr; brother Darrell Allen (Lisa) Duncan; grandchildren Jacob, Andrew and Madden Southall, Arianna, Josalyn and Jace Barr and great grandson, Maddox Southall. Funeral Service will be 1:00 pm Monday, December 20, 2021 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley. Burial will be in the Ravenswood Cemetery.
