Brenda Stalnaker

Brenda Joyce (Cummings) Stalnaker, 76, of Ripley passed away Friday, May 30, 2025 at Select Specialty Hospital in Charleston.

Brenda was born September 11, 1948 in Charleston, a daughter of the late John Franklin Cummings Sr. and Freda Mae (Skeen) Cummings. In addition to her parents, Brenda was preceded in death by brothers John Franklin “Frank” Cummings Jr., Patricia Ann (Cummings) Dotson and Keith Wayne Cummings

Brenda was a homemaker who enjoyed the company of her poodles, Cookie and Cutie Pie. Her main focus was taking care of her family and supporting them selflessly.

Brenda is survived by her husband, Everette Starcher Stalnaker; son Charles Everette Stalnaker and grandson Charles Everette Stalnaker II.
