Bryan Rogers II, of Ripley, WV, passed away on Dec. 27, 2015 at the age of 29. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Elda John Waybright and paternal Grandmother, Anita Rogers. Bryan is survived by his father, Bryan Rogers; mother, Faye Waybright Rogers; sister, Kady Rogers; brother, Grant Rogers; maternal grandmother, Marie Waybright; paternal grandfather, Franklin Rogers; as well as many beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was a graduate of WVU-P, a very hard worker, and he loved the outdoors. He was an avid fisherman and an adventurer. He enjoyed camping, whitewater rafting, and traveling. He visited Greece and Italy, cruised to Alaska, and watched the ball drop in New York City. He was loving, kind, loyal, and courageous person. He stood up for what he believed in, and was a born again Christian. Bryan never met a stranger, and greeted everyone he knew with a smile. Bryan was a wonderful son. We are grateful to have had the privilege of being his parents and sharing in his life. We have comfort in knowing his spirit is free, and is resting in the peace and love of Jesus Christ. Funeral service will be 3 p.m. Thursday, December 31, 2015 at Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley with Pastor Donald Hussell officiating. Friends may call on the family from 1 p.m. until the time of the service. Burial will follow in the Mt. Olive Cemetery, Gay. ��Following the committal service there will be food and fellowship at the New Life Church located two miles south of Ripley on Rt. 21 near Fairplain.
