Bryan Douglas Wallace

Bryan Douglas Wallace, 59, passed away at home on February 23 in Ripley. He was proceeded in death by his father, Oscar Wallace, Jr and sister, Ada Gayle Wallace. He was self employed and a farmer. He loved watching military history shows and discussing current events. Doug is survived by his mother, Lois Ann Wallace of Ripley; brother, Oscar 'Ted' (Cheryl) Wallace of San Dimas, CA; and sister, Jodie Wallace of Alexandria, VA. He was the loving uncle to Scott Wallace, and Mike (Allison) Wallace of San Dimas, CA; Mark Casto, and Katherine (Brian) Franklin of Ripley; Sarah (Radim) Neely of Burke, VA; and Caroline (Jonathon) Stuart of Springfield, VA; and adored great uncle to Calvin and Remington Bruzek and Asher Wallace Stuart. Doug had a kind heart and gentle soul who was was a protector of his family. He love competitions, traveling and the farm. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Monday, February 26th at Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley with Rev. Ford Price officiating. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until the time of service.
