Bugsy Kay Rhodes

“Bugsy” Cavlline Kay Rhodes, 59, of Ripley, WV passed away on August 18, 2026. She was born on January 24, 1967, to Calvin Ramsey and Elizabeth Miller.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Ernie, Joe, Ronnie, Sugie, Brian, Michael, Jerry, and Jesse; and sisters, Janet, Julie, and Tina.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 43 years, Billy Rhodes; brothers, Kenneth Miller and Jeffrey Miller, both of Ohio, Jack (Linda), Kirby (Tina), and William (Maranda) all of Indiana, and Jimmy and Okey (Lisa), both of Ripley; sisters, Jeanie Williams, Irene (John) Francis, Diane (Joe), Charlene Delong, and Anna (Greg) Johns; many nieces and nephews; and her fur babies, Icey, Blue, and Nugget.

Bugsy enjoyed traveling, hiking, and spending time with her family who will miss her dearly.
