Chadwick Allen Davis

Chadwick Allen Davis, 41, of Sandyville, passed away September 4, 2019. He was born June 6, 1978, son of David Davis and Debbie Kesterson. Chad will be remembered as a very kind and generous person. He was quick to volunteer a helping hand to family, friends, neighbors, and even strangers if he saw they were in need. He also loved to rescue animals and take them to his Mom to nourish back to health. He was a very creative person that developed an interest for art. He enjoyed building, operating heavy machinery, and driving a big rig. One of the things he loved the most was telling jokes and making people laugh. He cherished time spent with his son. He enjoyed interacting with his niece and nephews. And most memorably, was his face as he stood next to his Dad playing music. Chad was such a proud Dad. Darrion allowed him to experience the true joy of being a father. He was his greatest blessing and that bright spark in his life. Darrion was his Pride and Joy! In addition to his parents, David and Charlene Davis of Sandyville, Chad is survived by his loving son, Darrion Davis. Also left to cherish his memories are his sisters Leanna Marshall (Jason) of Ravenswood, Brittney Sayre (Michael) of Leon, Kelsie Davis (Lathan) of Ripley and Melissa Criss of Titusville, FL. He will be greatly missed by his niece Brooklynn and nephews Eli, Cameron, Jase, and Avery. Chad also leaves behind several loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Chad is preceded in death by his Mother, Debbie Kesterson; paternal grandparents, Cecil and Sona Davis; and maternal grandparents, Lilly and Madison Enoch. A memorial service will be held at Sandyville Senior Center on Friday, October 18th at 6:00 pm. Please feel free to share sweet memories and stories of Chad. A private family committal service will take place at a later date.
