Charles Wright Jr.

Charles Wright Jr., 77 of Ripley, passed away May 6, 2023 from his long battle with cancer.

He was born June 3, 1945, son of the late Charles Eugene and Ruby Darl Wright of Spencer, WV. He was an Army Veteran and former Courtesy Patrol Driver.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Wright of Ripley; son Jason Wright of Parkersburg, WV; daughter Christal Wright of Poca; brothers Robert Wright of Marietta, OH and Daniel Wright of Cambridge, OH; sisters Betty McKown of Arnoldsburg, WV and Patricia Seabolt of Parkersburg; three grandchildren, Summer, Paige and Darian Wright.

A graveside service will be held on May 20, 2023 at 11:00 am at the Mt. Zion Cemetery, Spencer, WV. Chaplin Pete Thompson will be officiating.
