Cheryl Lynn Blair

Cheryl Lynn Blair, 56, of Ripley was welcomed home by her Savior on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 following a short illness. She was born October 27, 1960 at Ripley, a daughter of Eleanor Skeen Westfall and the late Edward Westfall. Cheryl was a 1978 graduate of Ripley High School. She was the glue that held her family together and was referred to as the “Unlicensed Counselor” who was willing to listen to anyone’s problem. She enjoyed Bingo Blitz and attended the Ripley Baptist Temple. She is survived by fiancé and partner of 17 years Kenneth Riffle; previous husband Mark Blair; Daughter Courtney Keen(Ronald); Niece who was like a daughter to her Aimee French; Sister Brenda Angel; Granddaughter Minnie Keen who was her best friend. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by Sister Patricia Ann Southall; Grandparents Estel and Sylvia Westfall and Ruby and Glenver Skeen. She was also preceded in death by several aunts and uncles Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Sunday, April 9, 2017 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley with Pastor Rick Perrine officiating. Visitation will be Saturday evening from 6-8 p.m at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Siniaville Cemetery on Statts Mill Road.
