Cindy Lynn Parsons, 56, of Ripley, passed away Tuesday evening, February 25, 2014 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington following a brief illness. A memorial gathering of family and friends will be held Sunday, March 2, 2014 from 2-4 p.m. at the Milton VFW in Cabell County. Additional services will be announced.
