Clyde Allen “Hutch” Hutchinson, 92 of Ripley, passed away September 28, 2017 at home following a long illness. He was born September 2, 1925 in Akron, Ohio, a son of the late Roy and Margaret Lamp Hutchinson. He was an Army Veteran and served in World War II and the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and worked construction for several years, working with Tile and Marble. He served as an Apiary Inspector for the West Virginia Department of Agriculture. He was owner of Hutch and Sons Apiary where he practiced his love of Beekeeping. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Sherrie Crum Hutchinson; his children, Allen Hutchinson, Margaret Hutchinson, Terry Hutchinson, Carrie Hutchinson, Andy Joe Hutchinson and Sandy Pryor; brothers Bill Hutchinson and Dave Hutchinson; sisters Marie Showalter and Linda Yost along with numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by children, Tina Frye, Mark Hutchinson, Jeanie Hutchinson and Steve Hutchinson and siblings, John Hutchinson, Judy Hutchinson, Nora Jarvis, Naomi Lieving and Nina Graham. Private Interment will be in the Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans, WV.
