Connie Lou Turner

Connie Lou Turner, 77, of Sissonville passed away suddenly on Saturday, April 23, 2022 at her home. She was born August 27, 1944 at Charleston a daughter of the late Webster Buck and Louise Wright Smith. Connie enjoyed the outdoors, arts and crafts and watching WWE Wrestling. She always enjoyed talking about the latest episodes with her friend, Bobby Einstein. Connie was a Christian by faith and loved her Lord. Connie is survived by her sons Charles Neel(Joyce), Allen Neel (Jeanette); live-in granddaughter Amber Dawn Neel; sisters Eva Pennington, Donna Waddell and Brenda Armes. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild as well as many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents Connie was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Allen Turner, who she went to her grave loving; brother Charles Smith; sisters Rebecca Rose and Nelda Davis and grandsons James Wade Neel and Aaron Neel. Graveside several will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 27th at Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Pocatalic with her son Charles Neel officiating.
