David Keith Walker

David Keith Walker, 80, of Ripley passed away Sunday, February 2, 2020 at Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston following an extended illness. He was born February 27, 1939 at Cabin Creek, WV a son of the late David Ralph and Fawn Shears Walker. David proudly served his country in the United States Navy and later worked as a heavy equipment operator for Bethlehem Steel for 13 ½ years. He was a very good handyman and could fix about anything. He also enjoyed trading cars. But most of all, he loved serving the Lord. He is survived by his loving wife of almost 53 years, Patricia Ellen Cabell Walker; daughters Tina Renna Miller (Brian) and Chiffawn Walker; grandsons Chadrick Southall (Leeann) and Derrick James Miller; great-grandchildren Samuel Lee Southall and Cheyenne Renna Southall. He is also survived by a sister Myrtle Sue Gatten. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Elmer Walker.
