Deborah Louise "Debbie" Cossin, 67, of Ripley passed away at her home July 5, 2015 following a long illness. She was born April 9, 1948 in Jackson County, WV, daughter of the late Guy Arthur and Leoma Raines Parsons. She was a graduate of Stonewall Jackson High School and worked for over 20 years at Ravenswood Health Care. She was a member of the Ripley Tabernacle Baptist Church and enjoyed quilting and spending time with her family. She is survived by he children Arthur (Brenda) Cossin, Brian Cossin and Joe Cossin; sisters Sue Rhodes and her husband Jack of Kenna and Rita Holley and her husband Doug of Ripley: nieces and nephews Sheryl Rhodes (Buck) Hoyt, Tonya (Roberts (Lester) Raines, Sonya Roberts (Scott) Cunningham, Ronnette Roberts (Mike) Lawrentz, Tammie Rhodes (Terry) Snyder, Scott (Amanda) Rhodes and Missy Roberts (John) Clendenin: several, great nieces and nephews and two great great nephews and one great great niece. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a grandchild, Arthur J. Cossin Jr. Funeral Service will be 2:00 pm Friday, July 10, 2015 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley with Pastor Jeff Keffer officiating. Burial will be in the Goshen Cemetery, Kentuck. Friends may call from 1:30 until the time of the service on Friday at the Funeral Home. The family would like to express a special thank you to her daughter in law Brenda for her loving care during her illness and to Holly McCommas and Hospice.
