Deborah Kay Stover, 68, of Ripley passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at Mountain View Care Center in Ripley.
Debbie was born March 17, 1954 in Parkersburg, a daughter of the late Everett Foley and Betty June (Weekley) Gandee.
Debbie is survived by her daughter, Lea Ann Stover; granddaughter Molly Shamblin and great-grandsons Waylon and Wade. Siblings Cheryl Sandy, Steve Gandee, Tom Gandee, Connie Kay, David Gandee and Rick Gandee;
In addition to her parents, Debbie was preceded in death by a son, Jamie Stover and a daughter, Emma Stover and brothers Bill and Danny Gandee.
