Debra Eilene Jeffers

Debra Eilene (Salser) Jeffers, 68, a longtime resident of Ravenswood Village Nursing Home in Ravenswood, WV, passed from this life into the loving arms of her Saviour, Jesus Christ, King of Kings and Lord of Lords, on March 24, 2026. She was preceded in death by her one and only husband, Worthy Jeffers of Point Pleasant, WV, her parents, Duane and Naoma Faye Salser, and one brother, Dwight Salser (pictured with her). She is survived by her sisters, Lois Wyant (Michael), Alice Haughey, Brenda Grigsby (Gary), Christina Linkous (Roger), Carol Hamm, and her brothers Tom Salser (Terri), Carl Salser (Leora), and Glen Salser (Pam).

The family wants to thank the staff at Ravenswood Village for their great care of Deb. Until this latest sickness, she really enjoyed and loved her time and all the staff who took care of her there. There will be no public services. The family would like to suggest that the best way to honor Deb's life and memory is by continuing to share her loving spirit. Tell people you love them, pray about anything and everything with them, laugh a lot, tease a lot and encourage others anyway you can.

(And do it all loudly and frequently!) Her passing leaves a void, and she will be missed so much. She was, indeed, one of a kind. But, if we know her Saviour like she did, we have the hope that we will be with her again!
