Denise L. Fields

Denise Lynn Fields, 60 of Ripley, passed away April 6, 2025 at her home following an extended illness.

She was born July 10,1964 at Ripley, daughter of Dorothy Easter Cunningham and the late Daniel Cunningham. She was a 1982 graduate of Ripley High School and worked in the insurance industry for many years. She was a very talented musician and wrote and sang many songs written for graduating classes of Ripley High School. Denise loved going to the beach and spending time with her family whom she loved with all her heart. She was a Christian and member of the Joes Run Memorial Church, now called Faith Fellowship Church.

In addition to her mother, Dorothy, she is survived by her husband of 33 years, Robert Fields; children Jeremy and Hannah Gibson, Caleb and Brittany Taylor, and Josh and Christina Fields; brothers Donald Cunningham and Dale Cunningham and sister Diana(Dana) Casto; her grandchildren, Ethan(Jane), Angelina, Daniel(Olivia), Cameron, Tucker, and Madison.

Funeral Service will be 2:00 pm, Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley. Burial will be in the Pine Hill Cemetery, Ripley. Friends may call on the family from 12:00 pm until the time of service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
