Diane Hinzman

Diane Hinzman, 59 of Ravenswood, passed away Monday, October 3, 2016 at Charleston General Hospital from injuries sustained in a fall. She was born April 15, 1957 at Louisa, KY, a daughter of the late Kenneth and Naida Harlow Doss. She was a graduate of the Charleston School of Beauty and was a well known hairdresser in Jackson County for many years. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She is survived by her husband of 17 years, "Sonny" Hinzman; children Casey Hinzman, Sarah Fraley, Christel Cummings, Tanya Scarberry and Leigh Combs; brothers David Doss and Jimmy Doss; sisters Christine Scott, Teresa Blunt and Debra Plummer; grandchildren, Ryan Jackson, Christian Jackson, Timmy Jackson, Shaylee Diane Cummings, Annie Sue Fraley, Ronald Frederick Fraley, Kylee Nicole Fraley, Corey Pittman, Cody Pittman and Samantha Pittman; great grandchildren, Kaliegh Jackson, Taven West, Allison Jackson and Matthew Jackson. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Jeffrey Allen Doss. Funeral Service will be 1:00 pm Saturday, October 8, 2016 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley with Pastor Enoch Pursley officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Hope Cemetery, Sandyville.
