Diane Light

Diane Marie Light, 78, of Kenna went to her final resting place on November 21, 2025. She was born on December 9, 1946, in Charleston, WV, a daughter to the late Lee and Marie Raines.

Diane enjoyed fishing, road trips, spending time with her family, and was an avid animal lover. She taught her granddaughters to fish at a young age and often went on solo trips.

Family members left to cherish her memory include daughters, Shelly (Bryan) Stowers and Tonya Gibson; sisters Nancy Raines and Terri; her children’s father and loyal companion, Sam Gibson; granddaughters, Leisha (Dustin) Thaxton, Tara (Corey) Craft, and Morgan (Jacob) Stowers; and last but not least her beloved furry puppies and faithful fishing and frog hunter Sassy.

In honoring the families’ wishes, there will be no services at this time.
