Diane P. Sansbury, 88, formerly of Ravenswood, WV, returned to her heavenly home September 4, 2019, after an extended illness. She was born July 14, 1931, in Grafton, WV to the late Orpha and Benjamin Poe. She was a graduate of Grafton High School and after graduation went on to marry the love of her life, Raymond Sansbury, with whom she shared a beautiful life for 64 years. Diane’s special interests and hobbies included raising a family, nourishing her friends and family with love, making beautiful ceramic pieces and traveling. Some of her favorite times included trips to the beach with her family and supporting her children and grandchildren in their extracurricular activities. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Raymond Sansbury, as well as her brother, Benjamin Poe Jr. Diane is survived by her son, Rich Sansbury and wife, Cindy; daughter Cindy Little and her husband, Larry; granddaughters Stacy (Ed) McFall and Mandy Sansbury; grandson Casey Little; great-grandchildren Jesse, Jarrett and Emilee McFall; sister, Mary Grinnan; and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service to celebrate Diane’s life will be held at a later date at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Ripley, WV. Diane P.
