Dixie Easley

Dixie Ray (Morgan) Easley, 75 of Evans, passed away on January 29, 2019 at Hubbard Hospice House following a long illness. She was born March 9, 1943 in Renick, WV, a daughter of the late Archie and Mary Morgan. She was a retired R.N. and was a nurse at Jackson General Hospital, CAMC, Lakin Hospital and Holzer Medical Center as well as Eldercare in Ripley. She is survived by sons, Mac Easley of Evans and Brook Bonar of Brandon, MS; one daughter; brother Dale Morgan and sisters Carol, Norma and Nola. She is also survived by a grandson, Morgan. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, Morgan Easley and a brother, Darrell Morgan. Funeral Service will be private with interment in the Independence Cemetery, Sandyville. Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley is serving the family.
