Donald D. Braden

Donald Dean Braden, 74, of Ripley passed away Saturday, April 9, 2016 at his home following an extended illness. He was born November 22, 1941in Jackson County, WV, a son of the late Ardell and Maddie Maxwell Braden. He worked in housekeeping at Jackson General Hospital where he would retire after 42 years of service. Survivors include his loving wife of 53 years Dolly Braden; son Jody Dean Braden (Regina) of Sandyville; daughters Crystal Bosworth of Evans and Roseanne Twohig of Ripley; sisters Dorothy Buralllibhil of Indiana, Libby Miller of Leroy, Ardella Dimes of Parkersburg, and Betty Wilson of Ohio; grandchildren Nicholes Morrison, Jacole Braden, Joel Braden, Dustin Bosworth, and Cody Bosworth. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by Brother, Ronald Braden and Sister, Phyllis Braden. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley with Pastor Adam Nester officiating. Friends may call on the family from 11 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will follow in the Plainview Cemetery, Kenna.
