Donald Dwight Casto

Donald Dwight Casto, 72 of Ripley, passed away June 8, 2015 at Charleston General Hospital following a long illness. He was born September 20, 1942 at Ripley, a son of the late Oman and Mildred Benson Casto. He was an Army Veteran and served in Korea and was in I Corps Company with the 8th Army 6th Missile 8th Artillery at Camp Williams. He was a truck driver in the Oil and Gas Industry and worked at Goodyear in Akron, Ohio He is survived by his son Donald (Roberta) Casto Jr of Leroy, Johnny Paul (Rhonda) Casto of Ripley and Christopher Rocco (Jeanette) Casto of Ripley; brothers and sisters Mary Louise (Dale) McKeown of Cambridge, OH, Dotty Anderson of Kenna, Larry (Liz) Casto of Leroy, John (Nora) Casto of Ohio, Barbara Se (Don) Simons of Leroy, Roger Casto of Mason, Darrell Casto of Ripley, Peggy Jane Casto of Michigan, Sharon Bryant of Michigan, Dennis (Linda) Casto of Leroy and Linda (Clarence) Westfall of Leroy; grandchildren Joshua Casto, Jackie Fitzpatrick, Jaimie Clendenin, Jordan Casto, Jeremiah Casto, Hope Casto and Cristin Casto; also survived by six great grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Alice Elizabeth Casto and 9 brothers and sisters. Funeral Service will be 1 :00 pm Friday, June 12, 2015 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley with Rev Herman P. Robinson officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Hope Cemetery, Joes Run, Sandyville.
