Douglas T. Angus, 62, of Millwood passed away suddenly on May 4, 2014 at his home. He was born November 16, 1951 at Charleston, WV, a son of the late Billy Angus and Maxine Salser Dewitt . He was a graduate of West Virginia University with a degree in accounting and worked as an Accountant with TRS in Ravenswood. He attended the Sar Shalom Bible Center in Hurricane and the Ravenswood Freewill Baptist Church. Doug loved his Lord and savior. Doug liked traveling and boating, attending family functions and sports games. He enjoyed helping family, friends and clients, he never said no to anyone, no matter what else he was doing at the time. He always had a smile on his face, never met a stranger. Most of all he loved being with his family. He is survived by his wife of 19 years Joyce Angus; Stepmother Frances Angus and Stepfather Gene Dewitt, Step Children Jason Mikel Boland and his wife Melissa and Rebekkah J. Schink and her husband Nathan and two other step children; brothers Norse Angus (Sherri), Terry Angus (Renate), Joe Angus (Rina); Sister Rita Hill (Douglas); step brothers Mike Dewitt (Carla), Buck Dewitt (Debbie) and Bobby Wayne (Mildred); step sisters Bonnie Hill (Hope), Connie Dees and Sherry Dillon (Randall); Grandchildren Phoenix, Jacob and Charis. He also had numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He loved being able to spend time with them and was always very proud of them all. Doug will always be with us in our hearts. He will be greatly missed by family, friends and his clients. Funeral Service will be 2 pm Saturday, May 10, 2014 at Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley. Friends may call from 5 to 8 pm Friday May 9, 2014 at the funeral home.
