Dusty Glen Cottrell

September 14, 1951 — January 29, 2017

Dusty Glen Cottrell, 65, of Columbus, OH, entered heaven Jan. 29, 2017 after a long battle with cancer. He was September 14, 1951, son of Joan Corbin Cottrell Crane and the late Richard L. Cottrell. He was a 1969 graduate of Dunbar High School and a diesel mechanic for Kroger with 40 years of service. He was a member of AF & AM Lodge of Baltimore, OH, as a 32nd Degree Mason. He was preceded in death by infant brothers, Donald and Dwayne and grandparents Frances and Darrell Corbin. He is survived by wife, Sue, daughter, Brittney and grandsons, A.J. and Eli (of Columbus.); mother Joan Crane and step father Cam Crane and sister, Donna Hardy, all of Lakeland, FL. Visitation will be Sat., Feb. 3, at Waybright Funeral Home of Ripley from 11:00-1:00. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm with Pastor Jeff Keffer officiating. Burial will be in the Casto Cemetery of Fairplain. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Mt. Carmel Hospice, 1144 Dublin Rd, Columbus, OH 43215.
