Earl Dewayne Castle, born February 28, 1961 left his earthly home on Monday, February 12, 2018 at the age of 56 following a long illness. He was the son of the late Earl Edward Castle of Oak Hill and Helen Justine Skeen of Kenna. Earl was a former truck driver for Zerkle trucking. He was also an equipment operator for Harrison Logging Company. Basically he was a jack of all trades and a master of none. Those who knew him knew he was a better foreman than anything. Earl is survived by his 4 sisters; Sharon Webb (Bill) of Liberty, Diane Brown (Miles) of Roy, UT, Becky Castle of Racine, OH, and Gina Pack (Bennie) of Buffalo; 2 brothers James Rhodes (Phyllis) of Pensacola, FL and Keith Castle (Gayla) of Palestine, WV; 3 children April McDaniel (Brian) of St. Albans, Earl Castle (Maranda) of Sandyville, and Tashina Stewart (Anthony) of Ravenswood. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 14th at Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley with Pastor David Spencer officiating. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until the time of the service. Burial will follow in the Goshen Cemetery, Kentuck. Following the burial there will be a meal prepared at the Ripley Church of the Nazarene, 209 Cedar Lakes Dr, Ripley, WV 25271.
