Elizabeth Miller

Elizabeth Ann (Braden) Miller, also known as Libby,82 of LeRoy, WV passed away peacefully on May 19, 2026. She was born on August 5,1943; a daughter of the late Ardell and Mattie (Randolph) Braden.

Libby enjoyed gardening, fishing, quilting, and crocheting. She was very strong in her faith in God and attended Millcreek Baptist Church. She was a former reading aid at Frozen Camp Elementary where she took much pride in teaching young children to read. She was also known for her homemade hot rolls.

Libby is survived by her husband of 63 years, Roy Miller; daughter, Deborah Miller; son, Barry Miller; and her grandson, Noah Miller.

In addition to her parents, Libby was preceded in death by her six siblings, Phyllis Braden, Ronald Braden, Dorothy Borelli, Betty Wilson, Donald Bradenm and Ardella (Susie) Helmick.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association in Libby’s memory.

A funeral service will be held at Waybright Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 26th at 1p.m. with visitation held from 11a.m. until the service time. Burial will take place in the Mount Hope Cemetery on Joe’s Run in Sandyville, WV.
