Ella Ann Starcher

Ella Ann Starcher, 77 of Ripley, passed away May 29, 2024 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV following an extended illness.

She was born May 28, 1947 in Athens, OH, daughter of the late Albert Virgil and Edith Secoy Perry. She was a homemaker and a Christian.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Starcher; children, James (Michelle) Parsons of Sandyville, Virgil (Patty) Parsons of Ripley, Chris (Lisa) Starcher of Ripley, Ricky (Amber) Starcher of North Carolina, Amanda Starcher of North Carolina, Tina (Greg) Morris of Columbus, OH and Andra “Angie” Barnhouse of Athens, OH. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Virgil Parsons; son David Hudnell Jr.; daughter, Mary Parsons and sisters, Margaret Miller and Norma Perry Fields.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, June 2, 2024 at the Jordan Cemetery, Advent. Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley is serving the family.
