Eric Ray Sayre

Eric Ray Sayre, 23 of Kenna, passed away August 10, 2016 from injuries received in an auto accident. He was born December 9, 1992 at Ripley, a son of Michael and Kathy Strickland Sayre. He was a 2012 graduate of Ripley High School and enjoyed Hunting and Fishing. In addition to his parents, Michael and Kathy Sayre, he is survived by a brother Michael Thomas Sayre and his fianc̩e Natasha Bennett; a grandfather Ronnie Franklin Sayre of Gauley Bridge; a grandmother Linda Strickland of Ripley; a cousin whom was like a brother, Jack Strickland. He was preceded in death by a grandmother, Nancy Pat Sayre and a grandfather, Ernest Norman "Jack" Strickland. Funeral Service will be 2:00 pm Sunday, August 14, 2016 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley with Pastor Joey Cunningham officiating. Burial will be in the Strickland-Sayre Cemetery, Kentuck.
