Ethan Michael Mcdougal

On Friday February 21, 2025, Ethan McDougal of Ripley passed away at the age of 18.

Ethan was born on August 23, 2006 in Parkersburg, WV. He is survived by his parents, Terrie and Larry McDougal of Ripley, siblings Ania McDougal (Coy) of Charleston and Damien McDougal, aunts Cindy (Rick) Kay, Mary (Jason)Thomas, Carol Klar and Shawn Green, uncle Joe Green and Steve (Chris) McDougal, grandfather Fred (Louise) Green, as well as many other family members.

He was preceded in death by his grandmothers Joyce Green and Harriette McDougal, grandfather Delano McDougal, and aunt Kathy Johnson.

Ethan’s love brightened the lives of everyone he encountered. He brought beauty everywhere with his infectious smile, curly hair, and signature tie-dye style. He enjoyed Pokemon, video games, and spending time with his family. He leaves a huge hole in the hearts of his family who were always entertained by his stories and hilarious sense of humor.
