Eunice Barbara Wilson

Eunice B. Wilson Eunice Barbara Wilson, 81, of Gay, passed away Tuesday, March 05, 2013 at Camden Clark Medical Center following an extended illness. She was born July 11, 1931 in the Sugar Creek community of southern Jackson County, daughter of the late Emmitt and Georgia Young Lanham. She was a lifelong homemaker and in-home caregiver for the ill and elderly. Surviving: Sons, Roger Wilson (Karen), Rick Wilson (Martha) and Jim Wilson (Diane); Daughter, Regina Butler (Donald); Sister, Hazel Lanham; Seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Eunice was preceded in death by a grandson, Michael Wilson, great-grandchildren Angel Stutler and William Cole Nelly; Brothers, Bernard Smith and Lewis Lanham; Sisters, Thelma Kidd, Deloris Wolf and Lola Abbott. Funeral services are set for Friday, March 8, 2013 at 1 p.m. at Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, with Pastor Doug Garten officiating. Interment will follow at the Burdette Cemetery on Sugar Creek Road, Kenna.
