Evelyn Rose Monday

Evelyn Rose Monday, 97 of Liberty, passed away February 23, 2017 at Eldercare of West Virginia, Ripley following a long illness. She was born February 13, 1920 at Liberty and was a daughter of the late Bass and Ocie Kessel Harrison. She was a member of the old Rock Springs Church where she taught Sunday School and later attended the Community Tabernacle Church in Liberty. She is survived by her caregivers, Donald and Mary Johnson of Liberty. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at the Emma Chapel Church Cemetery, Liberty with Pastor Billy Casto officiating. Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley is providing services.
