Fanny Jane (Miller) Hascue, 92 of Sandyville, passed away May 4, 2026, at Ravenswood Care Center, Ravenswood, following an extended illness.
She was born January 1, 1934, in Sandyville, Jackson County, daughter of the late Charley and Blanche McLaughlin Miller. Fanny was a homemaker, a member of the Sandyville United Methodist Church and Sandyville Senior Citizens Center.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Chester Hascue, six brothers, Exnar Miller, Philba Miller, Jack Miller, Herbert Miller, Ivan Miller and George Miller and three sisters, Zelma Miller Louiseau, Mary Helen Miller Hinzman and Betty Miller Channel.
She is survived by daughters Pamela Jane Waybright and her husband Gregory of Belpre, OH and Rhonda Lynn Prince and her husband Ryan of Sandyville; grandchildren Alicia Waskey and her husband Robert, Rachel Waybright- Tignor and her husband Terry, Timothy Waybright and his wife Elizabeth, Andrew Prince, Sarah Jane Waybright-McPherson and her husband Cody and Ashley Prince. Also, great grandchildren Alexander Waskey, Nora Jane McPherson, Claire Elise McPherson and Elaina McPherson.
In honoring Fanny’s wishes, the funeral service will be private for her family. Burial will be in the Mt. Hope Cemetery, Sandyville.
