Frank E. Elmore

Frankie Edward Elmore 64 of Ripley, passed away July 30, 2020 at his home following a short illness. He was born March 19, 1956 in Charleston and was a self employed tree trimmer and also worked for Moss Tree Company. In honoring his wishes, he will be cremated. Cremation Services are being provided by Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley.
