Freda "Faye" Palmer

Freda Fayetta “Faye” (Keefer) Palmer, 74, of Sandyville passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at Camden Clark Medical Center.

She was born May 18, 1948 at Fairplain, WV a daughter of the late Elvin L. and Freda E. (Baker) Keefer. In addition to her parents Faye was preceded in death by her husband, Richard R. Palmer and siblings James Elvin Keefer, Anna Margaret King, George Lawrence Keefer and Donald F. Keefer

Faye is survived by her children Steven Pursley (Amber) and Robin Badgley (Trent); brothers Ronald L. Keefer (Nina), A. Dennis Keefer, Loren H. Keefer (Shirley) and Raymond H. Keefer (Stacey); sister Eileen Benson (Charles); grandchildren Madelyn F. Badgley, Nathan W. R. Badgley, Owen R. Pursley, Molly Z. Pursley, Jonathan L. Pursley, Elizabeth F. Pursley, Ivy L. Pursley, Henry T. Keefer Badgley and Elsie M. Pursley. Faye is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews, including Susan McConnel, Michael King and Donna McCoy.
