Freddie Lelan Sarver, 80, of Ripley passed away Monday, June 8, 2020 at Jackson General Hospital following an extended illness. He was born August 8, 1939 on Liverpool Road in Sandyville, a son of the late Art and Loretta Powers Sarver. Freddie was a welder and fabricator by trade and retired from Century Aluminum with 32 years of service. In his spare time he loved to farm and garden and also enjoyed attending auctions. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Veneta Kinder Sarver; sons Jerry and Ken Sarver; step-son Jake Morrision; stepdaughters Roberta Yoho, Rowena LeMunyan, and Rebecca Burdette. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers Homer and Kenneth Sarver; sister Oralee Mancil and a stepson, John Morrision.
