Gary Keith Anderson

Gary Keith Anderson, 68 of Vienna, WV, passed away suddenly on May 29, 2025 at Camden Clark Medical Center, Parkersburg.

Gary was born June 1, 1956 in Elyria, Ohio, son of the late Laco and Mary Katheryn Gorrell Anderson. Most of Gary’s life was spent in Jackson County. He was a graduate of Ravenswood High School and attended West Virginia University. He was a man of many talents. He loved cooking, raising flowers, basket making and keeping his car immaculate. He enjoyed researching genealogy and working in ceramics. He worked in many different jobs in his lifetime including Oil and gas leasing, hospitality at McCoy’s Motor Lodge and in the office at Cedar Lakes Conference Center.

He is survived by Uncles and aunts, Larry and Frances Anderson and Brenda and Randy Mobley along with many extended family members.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley with Rev. Herman Robinson officiating. Burial will be in the Independence Cemetery, beside of his parents, Sandyville, WV. Friends may call on the family from 12:00 pm until the time of service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
